Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in any Mastery Football Academy program. By enrolling, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Business Identity

Soccer Life Mastery and Mastery Football Academy are the same business entity. References to either name throughout these terms refer to the same organisation operating under ABN 46 644 376 940 based in Adelaide, South Australia.

Subscriptions & Cancellation

All memberships are billed on a quarterly basis. You may cancel at any time; however, if you do not cancel before your next billing cycle, you will be charged for that period. No refund is provided for failure to cancel before a billing date. Cancellations must be submitted through your account at app.soccerlifemastery.com.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for absences, change of mind, or misconduct resulting in removal from the program. If your child is unable to attend due to injury or medical reasons, credits may be applied to your account at our discretion. Holiday Clinics: clinic bookings are non-refundable once the clinic has commenced. A credit may be issued for cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the start of the clinic.

Parent & Guardian Responsibility

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is collected promptly at the end of each session. Mastery Football Academy accepts no responsibility for children left unattended before or after sessions. You are responsible for notifying your coach of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or special needs prior to participation.

Buy Now Pay Later

Mastery Football Academy offers Zip, Afterpay, and Klarna as Buy Now Pay Later payment options. These services are provided by third-party providers and are subject to their own terms and conditions. By using a BNPL service, you agree to the respective provider's terms. Mastery Football Academy is not responsible for any fees, charges, or issues arising from use of third-party payment providers.

Liability Waivers

Participation in soccer and football training activities involves physical exertion and carries inherent risk of injury. By enrolling in any Mastery Football Academy program, you acknowledge that the activities are of a physical and potentially hazardous nature, including risk of serious injury or death. You agree that Mastery Football Academy, its coaches, employees, and volunteers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation. This waiver applies to all programs, sessions, holiday clinics, matches, interstate travel, and academy events.

Communications Permission

By enrolling with Mastery Football Academy, you consent to receiving communications by email, SMS, and WhatsApp relating to your membership, session updates, program announcements, and academy news. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us at info@soccerlifemastery.com.

Expulsion Rights

Mastery Football Academy reserves the right to remove any participant from a session or program without refund if their behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful to coaches, other players, or parents. This includes behaviour by parents and guardians on the sideline.

Website Terms

Use of the masteryfootballacademy.com and soccerlifemastery.com websites is subject to these terms. You must not use the website in any way that causes damage or impairment to the site or that is unlawful or harmful. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the website at any time without notice.

Privacy & Data

Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect information necessary to manage your membership and deliver coaching services. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
