This includes: your name, email address, phone number, payment card details (processed securely by our payment provider), IP address, browser type, and usage data collected automatically when you visit our website. For enrolled participants, we also collect the child's name, date of birth, and any relevant medical information you choose to provide.
Child Privacy
Our services are directed to parents and guardians, not to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. All enrolments and account creation are completed by a parent or guardian. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor without parental consent, please contact us immediately at info@soccerlifemastery.com.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: process your enrolment and manage your membership; communicate session updates, program changes, and cancellations; send invoices and process payments; respond to enquiries and support requests; improve our website and services; and send marketing communications where you have consented to receive them. We will never use your information for any purpose not described in this policy.
Storage & Security
Your personal information is stored securely on servers within our software platforms (Supabase, Stripe, and related services). We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Payment card information is processed by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Despite these measures, no internet transmission is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our website and delivering our services (such as Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for data storage, and email/SMS providers for communications). These providers are contractually bound to protect your information and may only use it for the purpose for which it was shared.

We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect the rights or safety of Mastery Football Academy, our customers, or the public, or respond to a lawful request by public authorities.
