Our most senior coaches work specifically with the Elite group. They know every player's game at a deep level — not a generalist running three programs a week.
Weekly Skill Rating & Homework
Each week, players are rated on a new trait or skill. Homework for that week is built around exactly that trait — specific and purposeful, not a generic group drill.
50 Sessions a Year
Once per week, every week. 50 sessions of structured training throughout the full year. Consistency is how players actually improve.
Your Own Squad All Year
Same players, same coaches, same time every week. The consistency builds chemistry, accountability, and a training environment that pushes everyone forward.
Priority Travel Access
Elite players have first priority selection for interstate tournaments and the Spain Pathway at Valencia CF. Earned through performance — not automatically included.

2027 Weekly Training
Once selected, players are placed in either the North Team or the City Team — one training session per week, at the same time and location as their trial. 50 sessions across the full year.

FAQs
How do I get into the Elite Program?+
All players must trial for the Elite Program. Submit an application and Kyle will arrange a trial time. Entry is based on technical ability, attitude, and commitment — not age.
What does the weekly homework actually involve?+
Each week, players are rated on a new trait or skill. Their homework for that week is built around exactly that trait — a specific task tied directly to what was assessed in that session, not a generic group drill. They bring it back the following week and receive feedback on it.
Who are the Elite Program coaches?+
The Elite Program is coached by our most senior and most Elite coaches at Mastery Football Academy. These coaches work specifically with the Elite group — they know every player's game at a deep level and provide individual development plans, not group-wide coaching.
What age groups do you run?+
We group players as U7/8, U9/10, U11/12, and U13/14. Where talent and numbers allow, squads are split into single-year age groups so every player trains with peers at exactly the same stage of development.
When does the Elite Program run?+
Once per week, 50 sessions per year across the full calendar year. Your training night and location are confirmed at the time of selection — they remain the same every week throughout 2027.
How does the Spain Pathway work?+
The highest-performing Elite players are considered for the Spain Pathway — 13 days training at Valencia CF with LaLiga-affiliated coaches. Elite Program players have first priority access. Selection is performance-based throughout the year. Kyle built this connection personally; it's available to no other Adelaide academy.
