02ELITE COACHES
The most senior Mastery coaches work exclusively with the Elite group. They know every player's game at a deep level.
0350 SESSIONS A YEAR
Once per week, every week of the year. 50 structured sessions — consistency is how elite players are actually made.
04WEEKLY SKILL RATING
Players are rated on a specific skill trait every week. Homework that week is built around exactly that trait — specific, not generic.
05YOUR OWN SQUAD ALL YEAR
Same players, same coaches, same time every week. The consistency builds chemistry and a training environment that pushes everyone.
06PRIORITY TRAVEL ACCESS
Elite players are first considered for interstate tournaments and the annual Spain Pathway at Valencia CF.

2027 Weekly Training
Once selected, players are placed in either the North Team or the City Team — one training session per week, at the same time and location as their trial. 50 sessions across the full year.

How do I get into the Elite Program?+
All players must trial — entry is by assessment, not age.

What does the weekly homework actually involve?+
Each week is built around one specific trait or skill.
- Players are rated on a new trait every session
- Homework is a task tied directly to that trait — not a generic group drill
- They bring it back the following week and get feedback on it
Who are the Elite Program coaches?+
Our most senior, most Elite coaches — working only with the Elite group.
- They know every player's game at a deep level
- Individual development plans, not group-wide coaching
What age groups do you run?+
U7/8, U9/10, U11/12 and U13/14.
- Where talent and numbers allow, squads split into single-year groups
- Every player trains with peers at the same stage of development
When does the Elite Program run?+
Once per week, 50 sessions across the full calendar year.

- They stay the same every week throughout 2027
How does the Spain Pathway work?+
The highest-performing Elite players are considered for 13 days at Valencia CF.
