Kyle is an amazing coach. He works well with kids and engages them with great enthusiasm. A passionate coach who gives his all.

Our son loves learning from Kyle and his soccer skills and game awareness has improved immensely since starting at Mastery about a year ago. We feel the program is affordable and excellent value for money. The opportunities are endless — we competed in a National League in Sydney earlier this year and can't wait for more!

My son's been attending the academy for just over a month now and has gained so much from it. He often says he'd rather train with the academy than his club soccer training. The coaches' attention to detail with the kids and drive to push them really shows through in his development. Highly recommend to any parent wanting to push their kid's skills a little more!

The holiday camp at Mastery Football Academy was great on so many levels. My daughter said she thought it was going to be easy and fun, but it was hard and fun! The coaches were very encouraging and the drills were well thought out. Would recommend!

The development I have seen since my son joined is remarkable. It's his 3rd year playing with a club, but after 6 months not only have his skills increased but his awareness and confidence too, and this has been noticed as it's transferred into his team as well.

The holiday clinic, outdoor and indoor soccer sessions during school term are fantastic experiences for kids. Our boy loves it and enjoys coming back every time. Kyle and the coaches are experienced not just in soccer but in leading young players to focus, learn and enjoy the sport. Totally worth it!

Very fast and effective help when you need it, the app is very user friendly and easy to use. And the atmosphere is just amazing — and it's only a two minute walk to training.

We're brand new to training, and our son wanted an activity to boost his confidence without the commitment of weekly soccer matches. Kyle and the team have been incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and quick to respond to our questions. George absolutely loved his first session and couldn't wait to return! Highly recommend.

We have two boys that have been players at this academy for a number of years, and throughout that time they have always wanted to be involved in everything — holiday, training, elite and overseas programs that Mastery offers. We've seen significant growth in them, both in the game itself and personally. Thank you Coach Kyle and the team!

I had a fantastic time at the Mastery Football Academy clinic during the school holidays. The coaches were brilliant at developing our skills using one-on-one drills and competitive matches. This made it really fun, and I enjoyed playing with the other kids too. My dribbling, passing and shooting have all improved a lot!

Tyler absolutely loves going to soccer. It's been hard to find something he sticks with, but every Friday he cannot wait to go — forcing me to drop him off early! It's great to receive feedback via the app so Tyler knows what he's done well and what to improve on. I love that we can swap lessons up to an hour before too.

My son has only been at the academy for 2 terms and the improvement and confidence he has gained from just attending Monday nights has been the best thing for him. I highly recommend — the coaches are great at teaching them the skills, footwork and drills to help them improve their soccer.

Coaches are outstanding, and follow a good system of player development. Both my sons participate in Mastery football academy and the attention and coaching advice they're given are on point every time. I'm also a qualified coach and find benefit observing the sessions. They encourage playing with both feet. Highly recommended.

Our son loves Kyle and his team at Soccer Mastery. The Mt Barker facilities are top notch, and our son has since joined Kyle's Elite city team and loves it.

Right For Your Child?

Who the Mastery Induction Is For

Three types of families enrol. All three leave with exactly what they came for.

Club player getting individual coaching attention at Mastery Football Academy Adelaide

Already in a Club

Your child trains but feels invisible in a big group. They want real individual attention, direct feedback, and to actually feel like a coach knows them. That's the point of a maximum-12 group.

Young beginner learning soccer at Mastery Football Academy Adelaide

Complete Beginner

Starting from scratch — and you want them to learn properly from day one. Small groups, expert coaching, and written progress feedback so you know exactly how they're going.

Development-minded player at Mastery Football Academy Adelaide progressing toward elite soccer

Serious About Progress

You're not interested in vague reassurances. You want to know exactly where your child stands — skill by skill, in writing, after every session. That's what four rounds of coach feedback delivers.

The wrong fit: Families looking for a casual social kick-around, or parents not prepared to commit to the program dates. The structure and written feedback naturally filter out low-commitment enrolments — and attract the families who take development seriously.

Think your child fits? Start with the free 2-week induction.

Common Questions

Soccer Classes Modbury — FAQs

What is the closest Mastery venue to Modbury?

Ingle Farm, 1.8 km away. There is no venue in Modbury itself. Ingle Farm runs Mondays only, with Mini Kickers for ages 3 to 4 at 4:30pm to 5:30pm, Development for ages 5 to 10 at 5:45pm to 7:00pm, and ages 11 to 16 at 7:00pm to 8:15pm.

What does a Monday at Ingle Farm look like?

Three groups back to back. The 4:30pm Mini Kickers slot is straight after school rather than an evening session, which suits the youngest families. Ingle Farm does not run Girls Only or the Goalkeeper Academy, which are Parkside only. For Elite, the closest option is Parafield Gardens on a Monday, 8.5 km away.

Where do the Induction matches happen?

Ingle Farm only runs Mondays, so your two coached sessions are the next two Mondays, 1.8 km away. The two Induction matches are Saturday mornings at Parkside, our only Saturday ground. In between come four written feedback reports, four at-home tasks and a mindset playbook.

What if one night a week is not enough?

Parafield Gardens runs Monday, Wednesday and Friday, so families who want more than one session usually add a night there. It is 8.5 km from Modbury against Ingle Farm's 1.8 km. Monday nights at Ingle Farm are from $30 a week after the Induction. Groups cap at 12 per age band.
